mold.pt is an independent information resource on damp and mold in Portuguese homes, run by Pascal Niggli. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, how it's used, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email hello@mold.pt.
We collect two kinds of information:
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where you submit a form, we process your information because you've taken an action requesting a response, this is a legitimate interest in providing the service you asked for. Analytics cookies are processed only with your consent, given through the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or adjusting your browser's cookie settings.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy. We only share what's necessary for the service they provide, form content with Formspree, anonymized usage data with Google Analytics.
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, manage an ongoing case, generally no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is needed for legal or accounting reasons. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
